It offers resume assistance, job search resources, education and training directly to your community at no charge to the public.

The Sioux City Public Library has internet HOTSPOTS for checkout! Hotspots are available to full-service SCPL cardholders (18+) in good standing (no fees over $5 on your account) for a period of six weeks with no renewals.

Sharing books and stories is important to your child’s brain development. Join the 1,000 Books Before Kindergarten challenge that brings you and your child closer together while developing their vocabulary and preparing them to become a stronger reader. Learn how to get started!
Each week on Tuesday at 11 am at the Perry Creek Library or Wednesday at 10:30 am at the Morningside Branch Library join us for a fun and interactive storytime for ages 0 through 5! Curious young minds experience the magic that stories offer, build vocabulary, and develop early literacy skills for future reading success!
