Seeking Sasquatch 2: A Teen After-Hours Mystery on June 26
Teens explore the Library for clues, solve puzzles, and complete fast-paced challenges to unravel this after-hours mystery! "League of Heroes," a fully immersive virtual reality gaming experience is set to premiere at the Sioux City Public Library. Siouxland Teens can't wait to play the high-tech game, powered by HAL, the "League of Heroes" A.I. Games Master. But then HAL goes missing! It’s up to our teen detectives to solve the mystery of who took HAL and where they hid him! Prizes and snacks provided. Registration is required.
Pokémon-a-thon! on June 24
Calling all Trainers! Join us for an all-day Pokémon celebration across the Sioux City Public Library system. Hunt down your favorite Pokémon in on epic library-wide scavenger hunts and try your hand at some cool Pokémon crafts. Different branches will host different activities, so journey around to catch 'em all!
Teen Crafternoon: Upcycled T-Shirt Tote Bag on June 10
Teens will create one-of-a-kind reusable bags using t-shirts, scissors, and fabric markers. Bring your own t-shirt or use one of our thrifted shirts! Snacks will be provided. Registration is required.
Build a Bird Habitat Event on June 13
Build and decorate your own bird house and bird feeder! All ages welcome at this family-friendly event happening from 2 to 4 pm on Saturday, June 13 at the Aalfs Downtown Library.
