Baby Storytime on January 11
For adult parents/caregivers and babies ages 0-12 months. Join us for a 20-minute early literacy experience just for the little ones! Babies learn and engage with rhymes, songs, books, and bounces. After Storytime, enjoy play and social time. Comfy clothes suggested. Feel free to bring a blanket for you and baby to sit on the floor together. Chairs are also available. Free parking on weekends.
January’s Open Book Club: Eat the World by Marina Diamandis
Hailed by The New York Times for “redefining songs about coming of age, and the aftermath, with bluntness and crafty intelligence,” Marina delves even further into trauma, youth, and the highs and lows of relationships in these profound, autobiographical poems to form a collection that transcends the boundaries of music and literature.
Monday Matinee @ Morningside: January 6 at 1 pm
Look for a different movie every Monday at 1 pm through Memorial Day! January 6th Movie: This 1985 comedy-drama co-stars the Queen of Pop in a film about a bored New Jersey suburban housewife's fascination with a free-spirited woman she has read about in the personal columns. This leads to her being mistaken for the woman herself.
1st Saturday Family Storytime: Jammie Jam on January 4
Put on your PJs (or comfy clothes) and jump over to the January Jammie Jam! We’ll sing songs, read some snuggly stories, and make a cozy craft. Favorite stuffed animal friends are welcome, too!

Curious young minds experience the magic that stories offer, build vocabulary, and develop early literacy skills for future reading success!
