The Sioux City Public Library’s summer hours have begun. The Aalfs Downtown Library will be closed Sundays for the rest of the summer and Sunday hours will resume after Labor Day.
All locations will be closed on Monday, May 25 in observance of Memorial Day.

Baby Storytime on November 9
For adult parents/caregivers and babies ages 0-12 months. Join us for a 20-minute early literacy experience just for the little ones! Babies learn and engage with rhymes, songs, books, and bounces. After Storytime, enjoy play and social time. Comfy clothes suggested. Feel free to bring a blanket for you and baby to sit on the floor together. Chairs are also available. Free parking on weekends.
Career Cruiser at the Morningside Branch Library on November 7
Looking for a new job, career change, or tips on how to ace an interview? Career Cruiser will be at the Morningside Branch Library on Thursday, November 7 from 10 am to 2 pm. It offers resume assistance, job search resources, education and training directly to your community at no charge to the public.
