An interactive online learning platform, Learning Express Library features over 770 practice tests and tutorials for learners of all ages. In this database you’ll find job search and workplace skills improvement guides, career certification and licensing exam prep, college and graduate school admissions practice tests, GED exam preparation (HiSET in Iowa), help for children looking to practice and improve their reading, writing and math skills, and video tutorials on popular software and computer basics.

1st Saturday Family Storytime

1st Saturday Family Storytime is on summer break and will return in October.
At 11 am the first Saturday of each month, October through May, families with preschool through early elementary age children experience entertaining stories, catchy songs, and memorable rhymes. Hands-on activities extend the story beyond the pages of the book. Parking is free downtown at the Aalfs (Main) Library on weekends!
